Akademisk Boldklub A/S has signed a contract extension of 1 year with winger Frederik Lindgaard valid until July 2026.
“Frederik is extremely hardworking and has done everything we asked him to do,” Gudjonsson said.
“He has had some strong performances this past spring, and I am excited to continue working with him and his further development.
20-year-old Lindgaard has made 25 appearances for the club throughout the 24/25 season as both a winger and a right-back, where he has also scored two goals and provided two assists.
– Frederik has a fantastic work ethic and is a popular person in squads, says sports director Jen Chang.
“He is also a versatile player who adds a lot of depth and opportunities to our formations as both winger and full-back.
Lindgaard is a product of AB’s youth academy, where he has played 59 games and scored 21 goals.
